Dr. Brennan Allen is a CTE/STEM educator at West View Elementary School in Washington County Schools. In five years of teaching, he has helped lead two schools to STEM Designation. At age 25, he completed his EdD and Instructional Leader License at Milligan University, where his research examined the relationship between STEM School Designation and school climate.

Dr. Allen believes meaningful innovation happens through collaboration. He works with educators, administrators, and community partners to create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences while using grant funding to expand access to STEM, CTE, hands-on learning, and emerging technologies. His work includes founding a school esports program focused on careers and computer science and developing student production and theater opportunities to expand creative career pathways.

Beyond the classroom, Dr. Allen serves on the board of the Tennessee Academic Esports League, teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Milligan University, and consults with multiple educational technology companies. Across each role, he remains committed to building relationships and preparing students and educators for a future still being written.
