  1. When you click on the link above, you are taken to a hotel screen.
  2. Click the “book now” button in the top right corner. 
  3.  Insert the check in and checkout date of your stay.   (ex:  Tuesday 7/9 – Friday 7/12) If you want to book dates outside of the block (7/8-7/12), you will need to call the hotel at 865 522-2600 and ask for “in-house” reservations.
  4. Click the “book now” button on right. You will need to submit a credit card number to secure the room.  If they want to pay by school check, you can call the hotel and confirm those arrangements with Jamie Julius, the in-house Reservations Manager.

 

After June 8, 2024, guests will need to call the hotel at 865 522-2600

and ask for “in house” reservations.  Or they can call IHG reservations

number at 877 424-2449 to book through central reservations.
